Presented coupons that I received from in the mail when I arrived when I went to pay if I wouldn’t have stopped the transition I wouldn’t have gotten credit for it which was 40 dollars. Felt like I was being rushed and I was the only one waiting. Hopefully my multi system check was ok didn’t get any feedback

Took car in for bodywork from deer hit. They sent our estimate to the wrong adjuster, then wouldn't send it to our adjuster. Our adjuster had to call around to other adjusters to find it. When the car was done, it had runs and bubbles in the paint, and the hood gaps were WAY OFF. Then they wouldn't let us pick it up on a Saturday as they had offered previously knowing full well that we work late and it would be a huge inconvenience. The shop manager was an asshole about the whole thing. I will never buy another car there or take it back there for service.
