Service on time and was quick and people were super nice

I dropped my Buick Verano off for an Oil Change and to test diagnostics due to a code C0320. Turned out I needed new spark plugs because the vehicle had 123,000 miles on the original plugs. I was expecting to pick my vehicle up 5 or 6 days later. 5 hours later I got a call telling me my vehicle is ready for pickup. Also the price was very reasonable and I was more than happy to pay it. Once I tried out Nels Gunderson Chevrolet for an oil changes a few times 2 years ago, I decided to stopped taking my Buick, Chevrolet, & Chrysler vehicles to other dealers for service. I was so unhappy and felt taken advantage of by other dealers. I needed to find a dealership that treated me like people should be treated. I was going to another GM dealer for oil changes and every time I went to pay I felt like they were spinning the roulette wheel on me. The price was higher and then price was lower every time I was getting different prices.with big swings in the price. As long as I continue to be treated well at Gunderson Chevrolet I will continue to be a Happy Repeat Customer. Whenever I have the opportunity to tell someone about Nel’s Gunderson I am more than happy to due so.
